Angel Haze's debut album Dirty Gold is hitting stores today. The album was set to arrive in March, but her label moved up the date after she deliberately leaked the project.
Earlier this month, Angel voiced her outrage at Republic and Island Records for setting a 2014 release date. She claimed the labels had promised to release the album in 2013. Angel then posted the entire album on her Soundcloud account. Even though the songs were quickly taken down, the label responded by moving the release forward by several months.
Earlier this year, Angel Haze released Dirty Gold's first single, "Echelon." That was followed by the single "A Tribe Called Red," which arrived earlier this month.
