TMZ reports that in legal documents responding to 40 Glocc's lawsuit over the 2012 incident, Game says he was just defending himself after 40 Glocc pulled a gun on him. Game also states that the lawsuit is an example of how 40 Glocc is using his "gangster agenda" of intimidation and threats to make a profit.
Furthermore, the former G-Unit star takes shots at the amount of 40 Glocc's Twitter followers as well as his lack of career accomplishments.
In his lawsuit, 40 Glocc also accused Game of brandishing a gun. However, footage of the scuffle that Game recorded and posted on YouTube doesn't show either artist packing a weapon.
