Chris Brown has gotten a little bit of good legal news -- there's no video evidence of his brawl in Washington D.C. last month.
Breezy was charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly punching a fan in the face outside the W Hotel last Sunday. He was originally hit with a felony assault charge, but that was dropped when cops had a hard time finding witnesses who would corroborate the alleged victim's story. The case got even shakier when a Secret Service agent who was present during the incident backed up Brown’s account and said that Chris did not punch the other guy.
Ever since, law enforcement officials have been hoping to find surveillance footage, but according to TMZ, no surveillance camera picked up the fight.
Brown voluntarily entered rehab for anger management right after the incident. Though the misdemeanor charge would bring no more than a slap on the wrist, it could screw up his probation for beating the crap out of Rihanna before the 2009 Grammys.
MY 2 CENTS:
- So with all the spying we do, we don't have every inch around the White House covered? Interesting.
- Chris sure checked himself into rehab pretty quickly for someone who didn't punch anyone.
- Before you know it, the fight will never have even happened!
