Bill Cosby plans to return to weekly TV -- at the network where he enjoyed his greatest success. According to TheWrap.com, Cosby has a deal with NBC for a "multi-generational" family sitcom. Bill discussed the project back in November, while lashing out at the ruder tone many current shows take. “I want to be able to deliver a wonderful show to [a] network. Because there is a viewership out there that wants to see comedy, and warmth, and love, and surprise, and cleverness, without going into the party attitude."

The Cosby Show was one of NBC's iconic hits of the 1980s. And back in the '60s, Cosby and the late Robert Culp broke new ground -- and enjoyed big ratings -- in the lighthearted drama I Spy.
