Mary J. Blige isn't done dishing out the holiday cheer.

Mary's first holiday album, A Mary Christmas, has been in stores for a few weeks now. But she's headed to the big screen in a couple of weeks in an adaptation of a yuletide classic.

The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul plays an afro-wearing angel named Platinum Fro in Black Nativity -- a holiday musical based on the Langston Hughes play. Jennifer Hudson,Angela Bassett and Forest Whitaker co-star. It's due in theaters on November 27th, the day before Thanksgiving.

A Mary Christmas was the third best-selling holiday album last week, according to SoundScan.
